My local library is right around the corner from me and it can be noisy at times.
That’s because its mainly a children’s library so after school kids are in there.
They have tutoring and movie days etc. My favorite library in town is the largest, the Copley Square library. It has to be one of the oldest in the country. The building is massive its basically a museum. I’ve never had any problem there though. Everyone is very courteous. If someone is loud a librarian or security guard will approach you.
