TDBell Enterprises, Inc. is proud to manage a $60M/US Private Venture Fund for Early Stage Equity Plays. We will consider investing from $250K/US to $5M/US as Sole, Primary, or Second in Equity only ventures, prefering Sole or Primary access. We do not invest in companies with encumberances such as success fees, finders fees, contengency fees, etc. 98-100% of the money is to be used by the company to build up for the next phase(s) of the company. Your product needs to be "near" completion and you should have a pretty good idea of who your first clients are. You do not need to be in active sales yet.

Our goal is to provide you with contacts to potential clients that meet your business plan, and provide the fudicuary oversite that any Board memember is supposed to be providing your company. As long as you are within a set percentage of time in reaching your self set milestones, not buying houses and cars, unless that is your business that we are helping fund, you are following you business plan, even if you have to edit it and make changes to it, it is a living breathing document right?, and are keeping a strong watch on your spending, we don't step in and tell you what to do.
